I am a British professional artist who has had the privilege of living/working/studying in 8 different countries and travelling to many more. I came to Haworth, W. Yorkshire 15 years ago. My work is biographical in that it is based on my own varied experiences. I work from ‘the inside out’ and never know how my paintings will turn out. I enjoy the challenge of trusting chance and learning from my mistakes in a totally free and abstract way; using acrylics now but also oil, collage, charcoal and mixed recycled media too. My artwork can be found in private and public collections throughout the world including the Dean Clough Museum, Halifax and the Landmark Trust plc Collection, the Royal Minton, London.
