Teresa Flavin
Teresa Flavin is a Leeds-based artist, illustrator and children’s book author who creates richly coloured and textured mixed media paintings juxtaposing finely rendered representational imagery with expressive abstraction. Many of Teresa’s artworks incorporate printed ephemera, hand-printed collage papers and materials such as acrylics, acrylic gouache, oil crayons and inks. She often embeds text and pattern that is both hidden and sometimes revealed.
